PRE-COURSE WORK

Student pre-course work will need to be turned in prior to the start of class. Email pre-course work to [email protected]. Student Pre-course work can be found by following this link. 

STUDENT ID NUMBER REQUIRED

This is a FOR CREDIT, college course in partnership with Shasta College. A Shasta College student ID number must be obtained and provided on the first day of class. If you do not have a Shasta College student ID number, follow this link to follow the steps to obtain one. You must have your Shasta College Student ID number with you on the first day of class, or you will not be able to attend and will be charged a fee.

OUT OF STATE ATTENDANCE

Out of state fees may apply if you are not a California resident. Please contact Training Director, Kamari Zoll, at (530) 768-1348 for questions.

REFUND POLICY

Students withdrawing more than twenty-one (21) days before the start date of the course will receive a full refund.  Students withdrawing within twenty-one (21) days but more than seven (7) of the start of the course will be refunded fifty percent (50%) of their enrolment cost. Students withdrawing within seven (7) days of the class or no-show, will not receive a refund.

Sponsoring agencies withdrawing their student more than fourteen (14) days before the start of the course will not be billed for the cost of attendance.  Sponsored student withdrawal within fourteen (14) days but more than seven (7) days of the start of the course, the applicable agency will be billed fifty percent (50%) the cost of attendance.  Sponsored student withdrawal within seven (7) days of the start of the course or no-show, the applicable agency will be billed for the full cost of attendance.  Substitutions or transfer of the reservation (roster spot) to another student or agency is permitted upon approval of the Training Director.

CANCELATION POLICY

SHIELD reserves the right to cancel any class due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment.
