REFUND POLICY – STUDENTS:
– Full refund if student withdrawals prior to February 3, 2025
– 50% refund if student withdrawals between February 4 – February 16, 2025
– No refund provided if student withdrawals after February 17, 2025 or does not attend class.

REFUND POLICY – AGENCY SPONSORED STUDENTS:
– Agency will not be billed for attendance if student is withdrawn prior to February 10, 2025
– Agency will be billed for 50% of registration fee if student is withdrawn between February 11 – 17, 2025
– Agency will be billed for 100% of registration fee if student is withdrawn after February 18, 2025 or does not attend class.
** Substitutions or transfer of the reservation (roster spot) to another student or agency is permitted upon approval of the Training Director.

CANCELATION POLICY
SHIELD reserves the right to cancel any class due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment.
